Overview
Christopher represents corporate clients and private equity in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactional matters. He has experience advising on complex transactions in a wide range of industry sectors which includes drafting corporate governance documents, as well as conducting due diligence and drafting the range of agreements involved in closing deals.
Prior to joining Zukerman Gore, Christopher worked for a firm where he represented corporate clients in transactional and bankruptcy matters including restructurings under Chapter 11 and Subchapter V.
