Overview
Nick counsels employers and executives on all matters involving labor and employment and day-to-day workplace law issues including benefits, compensation, wage and hour matters, COVID-19, and effective resolution of employment disputes.
Nick also assists clients in negotiating and drafting various employment agreements and navigating employment-related components of corporate mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other transactions.
Prior to joining Zukerman Gore, Nick was a labor and employment associate at an AmLaw firm.
