Overview

Vanida represents private equity and other corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactional matters. She has extensive experience advising on complex cross-border transactions in a wide range of industry sectors and guides clients towards an effective resolution of the legal and business issues that arise during the course of their transactions.

In addition to her private equity M&A experience, Vanida has worked on a number of securities offerings, including IPOs and secondary debt and equity offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, Vanida practiced in New York and Paris at large global law firms.

Vanida is a mentor at Girls Write Now, a leading non-profit organization for girls from underserved communities in New York City.
