Experienced in debt and equity restructurings, bankruptcy law (including Chapter 7, 11 and 15), distressed asset sales, liquidations, operational winddowns, corporate dissolutions and workouts, our attorneys provide practical and sophisticated legal advice and representation to their clients both in and out of court.
