Ryaan represents clients in a range of real estate transactions.  His clients have included real estate entrepreneurs, developers, family offices and Fortune 500 companies.

His experience includes representing clients in the acquisition of multifamily and mixed-use properties from contract negotiation through closing, representing borrowers in connection with various financing arrangements, as well as negotiating joint venture agreements.

While Ryaan’s experience is broad, he has developed a particular focus in commercial leasing, having represented landlords and tenants in complex office, retail and ground leases.  Representative transactions have included leases for big box retailers, apparel retailers, food and beverage operators, and triple net leases in connection with ground up development projects.
